Two early 19th century folded paper pamphlets / posters each listing rules & advice for servants. One titled Rules for Servants, or, the Old Plan of Management in the Kitchen, printed S. B. Clouter, Bristol on soft tissue paper; the other titled Advice to the Faithful, Honest and Industrious Servants, printed and sold by J. Young, London. Each with decorative woodcut border; loss of approx. 13cm x 5cm at deepest point to Rules for Servants pamphlet.
Provenance: the Rules for Servants paper from Ewenny Priory, Glamorgan, South Wales by descent.
