CROSSLEY BROTHERS - EARLY 20TH CENTURY LARGE GAS ENGINE
Crossley Bros - a large early 20th century believed c1920s Crossley Brothers made gas engine, Type G111. No. 148028, 13 NOR BHP, 475RPM. Fully restored to working condition c1990 / 2000s by the current owner, but not ran for a few years. Blue, with red wheels and red flywheel. Supplied with original blueprints and some history, the vendor has also supplied a set of running instructions. Running condition unknown, stood for a few years. Sold by the family of the original owner, who is now in care.
Sold in absentia.
Viewing can be arranged strictly by appointment only, and these slots are extremely limited. Please allow plenty of time to arrange viewing. We will be unable to accomodate any viewing at short notice.
Collection: to be collected by the successful buyer from a Bristol (BS15) postcode. Access to the engine is via a garage with a large driveway to the front. The engine can be rolled. A trailer and winch will likely be required, no assistance with loading can be offered at the property.
